My name is Maria Gomez and I am the Proud Principal of Lillian Street Elementary School, home of the Eagles!
As the Principal of Lillian Street Elementary, I strive daily to create the best possible learning environment for our students. I believe that every child has the ability to learn given the right conditions, and I am committed to ensuring that our school is a place where all learners can thrive. It is my belief that everyone has the ability to learn and expand their knowledge, and I work diligently with our dedicated staff to foster a culture of academic excellence, emotional growth, and inclusivity.
I am deeply passionate about building better citizens for our society. At Lillian Street Elementary we integrate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into our daily schedules. Our goal is to instill in our students skills of empathy, resilience, and effective communication. These skills not only support academic success but also nurture compassionate, well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to their communities. At Lillian Street Elementary, we recognize that education extends beyond academics, and we are devoted to helping students develop the confidence and character they need to navigate the world.
