Title I Coordinator & SSPT Designee

Hello Lillian Street Community!

My name is Mrs. Bobbie Isom, and I am honored to serve as the Title I Coordinator for Lillian Street Elementary.

As the Title I Coordinator and a member of our school’s leadership team, I facilitate the School Site Council and oversee the development and monitoring of our School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). In collaboration with our Parent Representative, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of engagement and partnership between our parents, staff, and community to ensure the success of every student.

In addition to my role as Title I Coordinator, I am also the Student Support and Progress Team (SSPT) Designee. The mission of the SSPT is to provide a strong, systematic academic and behavioral support structure for our students, rooted in the principles of the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). Our goal is to ensure every student has equitable opportunities for educational success.

I work from the main office at Lillian Street Elementary, supporting our vibrant school community in many capacities. Whether collaborating with parents, teachers, or staff, I am committed to helping all students achieve their full potential.

I love being a part of this amazing community, and I look forward to working together to make a positive impact!
