Ms. Pulido-Psychiatric Social Worker
Welcome Lillian Street ES Community!
My name is Ms. Belen Pulido, and I am honored to serve as your Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) for the 2024-2025 school year. I have been part of the district and part of the Lillian Street ES community since 2021. I enjoy supporting students, families, teachers and staff in learning about Mental Health and Social Emotional topics. I support students and their families with multi-tiered interventions when they face challenges that may impact their mental health. I provide individual and group counseling, educate parents/guardians on mental health topics, and support positive school climate through school-wide interventions and classroom presentations.
I received my Bachelors at UC Santa Barbara in Sociology and Chicano/a Studies and received my MSW from Cal State Fullerton. I also became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in 2017.
If you would like support, please feel free to call the Lillian Street ES office at (323) 582-0705 from 7:30-4:00 and ask for Ms. Pulido. I am placed at Lillian Tuesdays-Fridays and it would be a pleasure to connect with you and support in helping your student thrive.
